Seminars
Trained Mobility is a specific training system that is built to engender the greatest gains in flexibility and mobility with the least amount of time invested. Taught through a variety of seminars and personalized sessions, this is our attempt at dealing with the lack of flexbility and mobility in our society.
We will be the first to admit that we did not develop or create anything new when we put our seminars together. Rather we have taken materials that are taught in martial arts, gymnastics, contortion, and yoga and brought them together into a cohesive whole. In doing so we ensure that people can learn the tools of flexibility in a clear and understandable manner.
Our various seminars cover a host of materials which include: proper warm-ups; joint mobility work; fascia release; dynamic flexibility; static stretching; PNF stretching; partner stretching; breathing; and applied nutrition.
If you register in a seminar, it shows us that there is interest in a certain city. If scheduled dates are not already posted, than as soon as interest reaches a certain level we set up the seminar and you are notified of the dates available.
