Our Vision
Trained Mobility has the aim of teaching movement.
Drawing from yoga, martial-arts, gymnastics, contortion, physiotherapy, and dance we offer a melding of these various approaches to the body. This blending has been brought together as a way of increasing the capacity for people to move and control their bodies. In gaining strength in a greater range of motion people are able to deal with chronic pain, recover from injuries, and prevent further impairment. We offer the skill set required to develop a more mobile body, one that moves with fluidity, and is more capable of dealing with the stresses of life.
This is a specific training system that is built to engender the greatest gains in flexibility and mobility with the least amount of time invested. Taught through a variety of seminars and personalized sessions, this is our attempt at dealing with the lack of flexbility and mobility in our society.
For those who are looking for a new approach to flexibility, this is one that can be pursued daily, without the need of special classes or equipment, either at home or while traveling. We aim to impart the tools people need to pursue greater flexibility on their own, offering the resources and counsel to assist in those goals.
